My name is Parilee Bryngelson.   I am a Certified Personal Trainer, Licensed massage therapist, Mother, and National Figure Competitor.  I started out as a runner in high school, where I ran long distance races and then moved on to 10k races and half marathons.  After a few years, and having a child, my back was really starting to hurt from all the pavement pounding.  I decided to join a gym and started weight training to strengthen my back.  While there, I was approached by a local trainer.  He said I had a lot of potential, and should do a figure competition. 

     The idea was exciting, so i decided it was a good idea to pick something to push myself with again.  I took 2nd place my in first show, and an overall in the Orange County my second.  While training for my competitions, I achieved my NASM personal training certification.  I jumped right into training others, immediately. 

     My passion is to help others feel better about every physical aspect of their body.  Originally it was to help them with muscle soreness through massage, but now I try to be a complete package.  I try to help my clients find an activity they enjoy, educate them on the importance of maintaining healthy eating habits, and then reward them with massages as well!  I believe that most people would choose to eat better, and exercise more, if it were fun and convenient.  My goal is to help clients with new ways of achieving that.  I like to Start with diet plans, healthy recipes, and tips, while devising an exercise plan to fit each individual and their specific needs.  I believe everyone puts more into their workouts when they are seeing results.  It’s my job to keep the results coming, while bringing happiness to my clients each day.
